Increase oven temperature by 15°F for chocolate and for delicate cakes, 25°F for other baked goods.

Decrease baking time by 5 minutes per 30 minutes of baking time.

Decrease sugar by 1 tablespoon.gifablespoon per cup (6 grams per hundred grams).

Increase liquid by 4 tablespoon.gifablespoons (60 grams).
